We ship via USPS or UPS Ground throughout the continental U.S. and
we do not ship to P.O. boxes. We also ship internationally, so

Shipping Costs.
Shipping is based on total cost of your order, within the
ranges below. These
reflect our actual, over time, costs of shipping via USPS and
UPS. This is not marked up to make extra money -
honest!

Ground Transit Times. Below is a map with
estimated Ground Transit Times for continental U.S.
Shipments. These times are based on the time the order
is shipped, and not to be confused with the day the order is
placed.
Approved orders received are typically shipped within 1-2
business days of approval date. Approved orders received on weekends or holidays
are typically shipped within 1-2 business days of approval
date. Most orders
arrive within 3-10 business days of approval date.

Orders Damaged in
Shipping. On the rare occasion that you receive
a product
from us that was damaged in transit, we will replace the product
at no charge to you. Please refuse shipment and
tell the carrier that you are refusing delivery because the
package is damaged. Then
contact us to inform us of
the situation. If you are not present at the time of
delivery and cannot refuse shipment, please
contact us to
make arrangements for returning the damaged product.
Shipping Refunds.
Your original shipping charge will only be refunded for an
item sent to you in error, a defective item, or an order
damaged in shipping. This refund will automatically be
issued, once we receive and inspect the returned product. If only a
portion of your order is returned, the refund for shipping
costs will be prorated. Please see the
Returns Policy for
further details.
We will also pay for return shipping for product that was
sent to you in error, received in a defective condition, or was damaged in
shipping. Additional details can be found in the
Returns Policy. If you believe you qualify and would
like us to pay for return shipping, you must
contact us before
attempting to return the product. COD shipments will not
be accepted.
